From 2004 to 2008, the ACE-Group as a general planning group was commissioned to build the Wella factory and Wella studio in Tehran as well as the logistics center of Tehran Mu – Wella Iran.

An industrial and logistics center was built with special regard to sterility and dust-free conditions similar to the pharmaceutical industry. This factory with high-quality standards was implemented in a region which does not usually provide any infrastructure of the kind.

Supervision in the following areas was part of the project:

• Scheduling, Timing and Cost Calculation: the ACE-Group guarantees for the objectives to be achieved
• Quality Control: one of our most important tasks
• Coordination of activities on site
• Cost Control and Invoice Check
• Work Inspection, Rectification and End-User handover
• All constructions on site were commissioned by the ACE-Group

Additionally, the ACE-Group rendered an exceptional service in supervising the building process of the factory, the material handling and the filling machines.
