Graz South-East

The objective of the planning is a development plan for a built-up area of varying density south of the city of Graz.

The total area of the project is 250 hectares; for this area, a development concept for the next 15 years should be prepared. The main idea is to explore the open space as a space of urban experience. With this in mind, 27 squares will be designed and realized in the foreseeable future. It is our vision to create low-energy cities which are based on the fundamental concept of emphasizing open spaces instead of built-up areas.
