To suggest the building of just one structure, corresponds well to the characteristics of the area and creates more freedom to position the building within the building boundaries. This one structure will be constructed sophistically: apartments on the two lower floors are exclusively orientated to the south; the apartments on the floors above extend into the hill.

Especially noteworthy are the plan view on the roof with its clear line on the downhill and the meander-like pattern on the uphill side.
