Dubai Waterfront is a project of the United Arab Emirates which envisions the development of a huge urban area with 1.7 Million inhabitants at the Persian Gulf.

This gave reason for the premier development company Nakheel to contract the ACE Group with the preparation of a check-list to facilitate the adherence to ecological standards in this region. The ACE Group draws from it’s international experience in various countries to give support to developers, building principals & the municipial to reach a high level of ecological standards.

The contract was signed by Jeff Austin from Nakheel and general manager Dr. Lari from ACE Group.
